It is with a heavy heart and disappointment that I even need to write this and change my 5 star review to a one star, as all of my texts and emails have fallen on deaf ears. Jon and Caity are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They were great to work with. Ordered our Spa on Monday and it was delivered and working by Wednesday evening. Jon and his brother delivered it and placed it exactly where we wanted it. We couldn't be happier.

I haven't purchased a hot tub yet, but I've had amazing communication from local sales rep, Lee, Marty the regional sales rep, and Perla who is a recommended third party construction company that they work with to install hot tub pads and 220 outlets. Great service so far, and you don't often get that in today's times. It lifted my spirits just to have such helpful interactions... a little goes a long way!
Great selection of hot tubs and golf carts. The staff was amazing. They have financing for everyone. Even people with less than perfect credit. Go see Lee and the great people in La Marque!
