This is our first time buying a hot tub, and Lee, really educated us on the different types of hot tubs and the way they function as well as how to pick the right one for us work. It is with a heavy heart and disappointment that I even need to write this and change my 5 star review to a one star, as all of my texts and emails have fallen on deaf ears.
