Jay and Luke was very welcoming and helped me through the ENTIRE process of getting a hot tub as I was completely clueless, he was even able to have it delivered earlier than I expected. Even after my purchase Jay still helped me with my concerns and going out of his way to get my hot tub cover delivered as it wasn’t available the day the hot tub was installed . Thank so much Jay!!

Absolutely the smoothest buying experience I’ve ever had . Amanda A. Was amazing. She worked with us closely to make sure our hard earned money was going into EXACTLY what we wanted instead of being pushed into something they want us to purchase . I called and was helped right away. I was able to get financing for the hot tub I wanted quickly and easily. The person I spoke to was also fast and efficient. I received emails with video links showing the different phases of making a hot tub as the hot tub went through all the different processes it takes to make it. The gentlemen that delivered the hot tub had it all together fast and made sure to ask if I had any questions before they left. Now to the hot tub.
