hard sell, promised 2-3 weeks .. will be 2-3 months, no customer service, service request forms not answered(except to send a wiring diagram as requested) , no return phone calls, order cancelled via email (no one to talk to that can help) .. dispute filed with AMEX .. Unacceptable Customer Service and Failure to Resolve Issue I purchased a hot tub from Aqua Living (McKinney, Texas). We have been dealing with an unresolved issue with LPI since June. These people don't stop texting and calling!! I bought the hot tub, I wouldn't have if I new it would be constant harassment!! Buy from home Depot or someone else these guys are the worst!! Ive tried blocking them and nothing... I am literally changing my number so they will leave me alone. There should be some recourse as a consumer.
Do noy buy ANYTHING from Aqua Living or LPI ! I'm a disabled Vet stuck at home and can't hardly walk. I paid over $30,000 for a swim-spa to try to get exercise to loose weight before another surgery. Waited a year for it to be made. It was delivered in February, and it's now August, and I still can't use it. Now CEO wants to schedule another month of work on it. Horrible experience with their hard cover. It doesn't close correctly and lets debris in on a daily basis. No solution to the problem from customer service. Stay away from this company. We spent a lot of money only to have something that doesn't work.

When to purchase a spa from Aqua Living was given a quote with discounts and a $1000 payment it left a balance of $7000 for 12 months with zero interest. They sent me over a contract for almost$17,000 over 60 months. Which means they wanted me to pay them $10,000 in interest. I told them to shove it I wanted my deposit of $1000 back which they have not done. We purchased our Dr Wellness four person hot tub from Aqua Living Factory Outlets spring 2026. The local sales representative was informative and helpful. The hot tub was installed on a six inch level concrete pad and connected by a seasoned, licensed electrician. This electrician installs 2-3 hot tubs per week on average. WARNING: Purchase our spa 6 months ago and there is a leak. We have been trying to get this issue resolved since May 7, 2026. The first technician never showed up nor did he call. The second technician had to call another technician for assistance. They didn't have the parts needed to repair our spa. So, the solution was drain the spa and then call back so the part can be ordered. So, now I'm paying for a spa that I cannot use.
