I have purchased two Sundance hot tubs from AquaQuip. One for our house and the second for our second home. The Sundance tubs are great and the few issues that came up after installation were promptly addressed by AquaQuip service staff. Customer service, follow up, and sales support have all been exceptional. A wonderful company with experienced, knowledgeable staff that have been with the company for an extended period of time. I have sent several friends to AquaQuip for their tubs and they have had similar high quality experiences.

After reviewing gas fireplace options with Jeff Brooks of Aqua Quip we selected a model that has been an absolute joy to have in our home. As part of our living room remodel the fireplace has completed changed the dynamic and warmth of not only our living room but our entire home. The service team of Daniel and Troy have been wwonderful. Debbie has been a joy to work with in scheduling and general questions. We highly recommmend Aqua Quip.

I brought a brand new Sundance Optima - It got delivered Saturday Morning right when they said it would be delivered, but once I got it filled up it wasn't heating. I called the store and my sales person (Bill) told me that the service department is closed on the weekends so the earliest they could be out was Monday. That would have been ok, but Bill tried to walk me through some troubleshooting tips, when that didn't work he came out himself --- got it working, and did a free walkthrough about how to operate it.\r \r He took what could of been a disappointment and blew me out of the water with his service. Even though it was all working, the Service Department still called on Monday to let me know they could come by if needed. WOW!
