Could not get system to communicate with Internet. Service tech helped me correct the problem very quickly. Excellent help!
Easy to use from the app or computer and no remotes to buy.
So much better than the previous controller! Very easy to install and program. However, make sure you take a picture of the "HOME" screen on existing controller before removing and reinstalling RS. I had to go from memory on what items I was running/controlling and with what/which Aux nodes. Other than that-great!
The app is simple to use and has been great!
I think it's great. Just loses connection on the web fairly frequently. Seems to lock up.
