My appt was for 6P. Finally started cleaning at 6:29P. Was leaving at 6:30 if it hadn't started by then. You need not to book so many appts at same time or have more staff.
Very poor customer service at the front desk! When my son and I arrived this morning for scheduled appt.'s, we were told we'd have to go back to our car and search for missing email or text messages that were supposedly sent to us re. paperwork? I never received anything until I left office and returned home, then the message magically arrives! Unprofessional dentist! Do not prepay! Treatment was not completed and he will not provide a refund. He does not return calls. I am told he only works one day per MONTH. Total rip off!
Chose Aragona because he had good reviews and I his word-but I am having to find a dentist for my whole family. So when I have a filling for only 4 years and when I had it done he was confident in his work that my fillings will last 10 years (a white filling should last 7-10) and mine lasted 4 after being chipped from FLOSSING, I would expect to NoT pay for a whole new filling...since he has not been in the office I feel like the practice has gone down the drain in work, bedside manner and customer service. Dear Kim, we are sad that you did not have the best experience at our office. Unfortunately fillings can break and we can not tell you when or if that will happen mostly because we can not predict what an individual is doing that can cause a filling to break. Most actually pre break at night during extreme clenching and grinding of the teeth which nearly all people do. Called Saturday for an appointment asap because 2 of my fillings feel out. They said they have an appointment available Sunday at 9;30. I told them perfect, l'll take it. I arrived early to fill out all the new patient info and then was taken back to the room. They didnt read my info since the dentist decided to touch one of the teeth with metal.
