RecommendedArbor Manor is a great place to live. It’s quiet and it’s in a very convenient location. The apartments are clean and the grounds are well kept.
Friendly staff and very efficient
Me and my sister just recently moved in, David and Michael have been nothing but kind and welcoming towards us. We were in a hurry to get out of our house and the process was so quick and easy! The apartments are nice and clean, and Michel has been so kind to make sure everything is in tiptop shape.
I don't know how you found Michael but I'm very glad you did! He is always working to keep Arbor Manor clean and nice looking. Alwyas with a smile on his face and a friendly hello! It's one of the many reason I enjoy living here! -Ryan
If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!!! The townhome they gave us (30 churchill dr) was completely gross & falling apart. The room where my infant was sleeping in was FILLED will mold. There was wires hanging out on the floor which is a major fire hazard. They did not wash the carpet. There was mold everywhere. THE FUCKING FLOOR IS CAVING IN ON THE KITCHEN. They have black maggots in the drains. My busband tried to go take a shower at the place the water stopped draining, it went up to his ankles so he used a plunger... read more
