I have to start by saying that this place has great providers and exceptionally warm and kind staff. I must say my experience with the two young ladies in the front were ver compassionate towards myself and daughters. also they provided excellent service when I requested a doctors letter for personal reason, they accomadated that request right away and took only 5 or so minutes to have that letter ready. great care and and great respectful service. 5 out of 5 would recommend to all my fellow laveen parents to take their chil... read more

We have been taking our daughter here since she was a newborn. The office is always super clean! There is a waiting area for sick kids and separate waiting area for kids that aren't sick. We are always seen quickly and the staff is always kind and helpful.

The physicians at all 3 locations are very knowledgeable, thorough and have your child's best interest at heart. The MAs are very kind and welcoming. I always refer coworkers and patients to this office. My only dislike is that not all staff team members are on the same page with office policies. One receptionist had told me to be there 15 min prior when I told her that I called to inform them I was running late. I was literally only 5 min late after my scheduled appt time. I am extremely disappointed with the experience at this office. I specifically made an appointment to have my child evaluated to determine whether she has asthma. When scheduling, I was told that an asthma test could be done. However, after waiting several weeks for the appointment, I was told in the office that "there is no such test" and that they could not evaluate her in the way I was originally informed. My child has chronic abdominal migraines with bowel issues whenever she's nervous about something (school test, performance, etc.) and we went to a gastrointestinal doc who said there's nothing physical going on and its likely anxiety and recommend we talk to the general doctor about getting anxiety medication. Whoever the practitioner named "Charlotte" is at MVP Laveen blew us off completely and said she "refuses" to prescribe any medication whatsoever for anxiety -- because she's convinced that kids can't get anxiety or wh... read more

trying to get a hold of them for 3days to get my daughters shot records, on hold for about 30min with nobody picking uwhile I need an appt for my daughter as well . worse experience !!! won't be taking my daughter back as they are also always in a hurry at her check ups .

I took my daughter to MVP Kids Care Monday (1/3/2022) with a high fever (103.8) and cough, the provider came in listened to my daughter and stated she had a "viral cold and to let it run it's course." Which mind you I had to pay a fee because it wasn't a routine visit. Come Tuesday (1/4/2022) I notice more respiratory effort, nasal flares and abdominal retractions .
