It's a peaceful... (Verified Renter) It's a peaceful place to live, it's clean and the neighbors respect each other. It took a long time to clean down the halls outside the unit. I know the ground people have to blow the leaves but when they do it the cars end up with so much dirt and dust all over them.

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend the apartment community but I would also recommend that no one live on the bottom floor

The living spaces... (Verified Renter) The living spaces are nicely laid out (floor plans). I like the roommate style living. The only thing is that it doesn?t seem like an appropriate size increase in the living areas (living room, kitchen) when you go up in bedroom numbers.

My husband and... (Verified Renter) My husband and I like very much the Mauldin area and The Arbors of Brookfield is a very nice community and all the personal are very nice friendly young people .

Our first month... (Verified Renter) Our first month has been fantastic. The noise level of my building is very low, neighbors seem friendly, and the staff seems hardworking and personable.
