I never have any trouble with the unit they installed 5 years ago. They send someone to check it twice a year. I always get good service when it is convenient for me.
Arch Air Services has helped me for years. I've had them replace my furnace, and recently my A/C units. They have a very knowledgeable and professional staff that do excellent, quality work, and I don't say that lightly being in construction myself. The techs are very courteous and do clean work.
