This outfit is shameful! No moral compass! I worked with them for MONTHS and was told that I was at the "top of the list" by a lady named Wendy. We had financing in place and was ready to buy - but THEN - we were told a week before the lot came open that "they were going to consider offers and take the highest bid" They wasted three months that I could have been looking elsewhere.
