Ardent is a great place to work at. Family oriented. All of the staff works together to get patients and families what they need and deserve. Quality of care is key here. Everyone here has compassion.
I have worked for Ardent for over 2 years now. Our staff are very passionate about patient care. Administration has been wonderful with working with me while out on medical leave. HR has gone above and beyond to help me navigate through the process. Thank you Ardent!
Ardent Hospice is an amazing organization! The amount of compassion and care they show their patients is truly unmatched. If you are ever in need of Hospice or Home health care I strongly recommend Ardent!

During a very difficult time, Teresa was helpful, answered my many questions, understanding and compassionate. I would recommend this hospice. The receptionist/ office girl was very responsive and sweet over the phone.

Recent management changes have disrupted continuity of care, disregarded family requests for specific nurses and very sporadic in assigning nurses for visits. I had previous experience with this company and went back to them because of the staff. Now I am very unhappy with changes made in caregivers for my family member. Sure wouldn't recommend them again. So sad
This place employs a bunch of liars. One of their nurses, Manny told me that my dad's new girlfriend had been with 5 previous hospice patients and someone from my dad's assisted living facility had told him they walked in on them having sex. When Manny was confronted with this he told his supervisor that I made it up. The supervisor Kim continued in the lie even after I shared text messages from him that demonstrated his guilt. They seemed caring and concerned about my mother in her final days, but they ended up being such a disappointment would not return calls and we were not able to spend the last 3 days with my mother because of this company would NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN FOR END OF LIFE HELP!!!!!

They have a very rude lady who answers the phone. They haven't paid for essential things. We are really struggling to get a face mask for our loved one right now which she needs to breath. Very sad way to treat people who are coping with ill loved ones. Next time the ride lady answers I'll get her name. Today they told me she's one of the supervisors.
