Some of the nurses were good to my mom. Some were shady. Texting her when they didn’t want to work saying “what should we tell them why I didn’t come over today” one of them even asked for some of her pills to give to their kid. The lead nurse DEB is the absolute worst. She told my mother that she wasn’t declining fast enough and that she would take her off of hospice. Which is not her call as a NURSE. Garbage company don't waste your time with these people...my dads doctor referred him to them and one of their representative Chrissy reached out to me to set him up and I asked her if they will provide my dad the DME equipment he needs along with the supplies he needs and she literally for 1 week promised me over the phone to not tp worry everything will be taken care of so I discharged my dad from compassionate home health care to put him on ardent and a week later her boss Sandra calls me and says my dad will not be getti... read more
