I am currently having issues with my upstairs neighbor being excessively loud. The office manager states that the courtesy officer would need to verify the noise. Guess who doesn't answer??? THE COURTESY OFFICER! My lease does not state that the courtesy officer needs to verify before they step in. At first, I liked it here. Then, I got locked out of my garage that had the keys to my apartment. Maintenance stated they couldn't do lockouts after hours because they can't verify who actually lives in my apartment so perhaps they have some antiquated system that doesn't allow maintenance to main anything without office staff. That's a level of incompetence I didn't bank on for the amount of rent I pay in this place.
