Better customer service is needed. To be ignored in a store you come into to make a purchase...yet watch the sale ladies bypass you to go to someone else...is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. Now I will spend my $$ elsewhere...its a shame too, because I did really like the bed I went into purchase. SMH

In this store for 30 minutes looking for furniture and was not asked if we needed help. Several employees walked past us and asked other people who didnt look like us " was everything ok?" "Can I help you find something" but would look at us and smirk and walk past us.. other presumed "high class" stores have done this in the past. Walked into ashleys and was warmly welcomed, so much that we walked out with a $2500 new sectional. Profiling is real yall. #wontEVERgetourbusiness smh ��

Love the stuff but the sales people were rather snobbish. Not one person asked if we needed help and a few of them seemed to follow my son and I like were going to steal something. Went to Pottery Barn and was treated better.

Cold and uncaring. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING IF YOU ARE NOT CERTAIN. THEY DO NOT TELL YOU THAT THERE IS A FEE IF YOU DONT LIKE IT IN YOUR HOME. IN THE FINE PRINT AND NOT MENTIONED. I WILL NOT SHOP THERE AGAIN EVER.
