I'm so disappointed with the custom ordered chairs I bought from them. I received them after an almost 12 week wait and haven't had them two years yet. The lifetime guarantee and the additional insurance policy I bought for wear and tear doesn't seem to matter to them. They sent a third party inspector out who acknowledged how bad they're falling apart but the concierge department says his report says there's nothing wrong with them. I visited Arhaus with my partner and another couple while we had some spare time. Walking into Arhaus was a wonderful experience. The displays were absolutely stunning and I was already spotting a few items I would want to come back for when I had more time. I love the bed I ordered but did not love the delivery. First, Arhaus charges $149 for delivery no matter the size. Outrageous for one bed. Also, when the delivery came, the delivery men only had 4 of the 6 flat-beveled head bolts needed to secure the support rails. And there is a large silver bolt hanging from a support rail and they had no support leg to put on it. They told me there wasn't one. Huh? Then why is the bolt hanging there. And the delivery guys put the wrong bolts on the rails that stuck up over 1/4 inch. The ... read more
