Never been so dissatisfied The maintenance is the most delayed I have ever experienced. I fell down in the bathtub twice due to drain blockage that they were aware of that I had fell, and they have still failed to send out a maintenance man. I had the police called on me by the front office for a noise violation at 1120am on a Saturday. I was so angry I went out and bought a decibel meter. 3feet outside my door was 50 decibels which is 10 decibels below the Cary noise ordinance. Don’t be fooled. This place is terrible. Just awful. Problems are never ending. You name it (leaks, mold, bugs, broken appliances, dog poop in overgrown grass, overflowing poop deposit bins, etc). Office staff is nice but maintenance is terrible. Left numerous messages for Bell Partners corporate with no reply ever!! Miserable and stuck here!
