I only moved in December first of this year, so I cannot give an opinion on the actual place. (Except for the massive garbage that is left outside in every ones view which I think causes the infestation of roaches, rats and other insects that we have in some buildings here. They really need to get another bin, or even 3 more for the amount of people and garbage that is being accumulated each day) Management really needs to handle that.
