Dr. Boshoven was not a good fit for my needs or my dogs needs. He is pretty arrogant and aggressive with the oncology infomercial and won't let you ask questions or interject any concerns during his 30 minute schpeel about why you should spend $15k. He didn't even give me Us all the options that would have been possible for my dog. This is a very difficult and traumatic discussion for the pet owner and his personality was beyond upsetting. While the medical services rendered at this office are sometimes top-notch, dealing with the incredibly unprofessional reception staff is a nightmare that does not warrant a visit except in the most dire of circumstances if there is literally no other choice. You will frequently and consistently be given false information. I called on the morning of 08/31 to ask about pricing for a certain procedure. The lady who answered the phone sounded uninterested in assisting me and did not give me her name. In response to my inquiry she said that they "don't give out pricing and it's typically done in the consultation." My husband and I were very disappointed with Dr. Boshoven and his medical assistant, who returned my call today at 5:00 pm. The medical assistant (a man) was so eager to get off the phone and not answer my questions, to where he kept saying, "Okay?" (as in, are we finished?). I asked him what were the test results? Dr. Boshoven told us at our staging appointment a little over a week ago that he would have the results in 4-5 days.
