One month in! I've been living in this apartment complex for about a month now, and I'm really happy with my choice in coming here. Ameera on the leasing team was so kind and helpful, but not pushy at all, which made a big difference to me. I like that I have a washer and dryer in my apartment, and that whoever designed these apartments did it with LIVING here in mind. Our Favorite Apartment Complex! Arlington Park was my wife and I’s 4th apartment home since being out of college and it has been our overall favorite place to call home! Our apartment was spacious and warm while the property itself was clean and consistently maintained. Not to mention, the staff is friendly and always willing to help! Nice Place to Live! Pretty Outdoor Space Beautiful apartments & landscaping/outdoor space. Staff is nice, aside from one woman, but she recently went on maternity leave & her replacement is WONDERFUL. (Spring 2018) Maintenance is friendly and the maintenance team is quick to respond to any issues (even just help with washer/dryers). The pet area is nice, however the complex really needs more pet waste stations. Also, there are geese everywhere (including droppings). The ducks are great, but the geese are mean and messy. Ms Living at Arlington Park is similar to being on vacation, beautiful ponds with fountains and the landscaping is impeccable. We have a wonderful park to walk, run or bike in along with a private dog park. Absolutely love it here!
Arlington Park Nice well taken care of apartments. Most residents are outgoing and friendly. My unit had new carpet and all appliances were in good shape. The dishwasher was the one exception to this; it was very loud which sounds kind of strange to complain about but its VERY LOUD. Maintenance does a great job of keeping the facilities clean and in working order and are always friendly. Arlington Park This community is great! The grounds are beautifully kept and the staff is so friendly and attentive. The apartments themselves have great finishes like granite counter tops and washer and dryers are included in every unit. Many floor plans are offered. Many community amenities like a pool, gym, business center, and movie theater. One of best communities in the area. Another great Edwards Community.
Quality Place to Live This is an awesome place to live! Maintenance fixes everything you ask within a day or two. The staff is professional and friendly. Many, many great amenities. Best of all there's a ton of parking! :) I highly recommend.
Horrendous Management I’ve lived here for 2 years and have had 2 (equally horrible) management companies. They add trash fees to rent despite the trash compactor having never worked throughout the entirety of my living here. Trash is left in a pile by the entrance. Maintenance is incompetent and unable to make routine repairs. We had no AC for 3 weeks during 90 degree weather because they refused to replace it. We haven’t had a dishwasher for 2 weeks because they refuse to replace it. They charge amenity fees despite the poo... read more

Looking for every penny Don’t live here. They’ll do whatever it takes to make sure you never see a dime from them back on the security deposit. I lived here for 2 years and they charged me $330 just for using the carpet! Whatever it takes for a massive conglomerate to keep a few pennies, they didn’t even replace the carpet. I was just charged for my “use” of their property for two years, which I guess isn’t what “rent” is.
