I have been taking my dog and cats here for 23 years and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, nurturing, and knowledgeable veterinary practice. They love and care for my pets and are just as concerned with me being able to understand all of their healthcare needs and make educated decisions in regards to them. We have been visiting Arlington Park Veterinary Hospital since our dog was a puppy....almost six years ago. The staff there is spectacular and treat our pet as if she's their own. Most recently, our dog was very sick and not only was I asked to keep in touch with them on her recovery, I received a follow-up call from Dr. Ernat! We have also referred a friend to the practice as they were battling a skin problem with their two dogs for YEARS! We have been visiting APVH since 2007 when our hamster with malocclusion needed regular visits to trim his teeth. Since then, both our dogs have become patients. The doctors are all so different in manner and specialty, yet all very caring and attentive. Whether we are visiting for routine vaccines or for surgery, the whole staff takes excellent care of our animals and answers even the most trivial questions.
Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely!
