My son purchased a vehicle on a Saturday, and the vehicle stopped working on Monday as he was headed to work. He wasn’t given a loaner car and JJ was very rude, I asked what was my son to do for transportation since paying this company $1500, all for the vehicle to break down and leave him on the side of the road, causing him to miss a day at work. Do not care about their customers, sold a pissy smelling car but don’t care that i wasted money trying to clean it and when it didn’t come out tried talking to the manager JJ about a switch or any other options he just didn’t care and was not being reasonable about anything even when asked about loaner car options due to situation was given a hard no so have to be carless while they say they will clean it but when explaining how blood was coming up like somebody died in it when it was getting shampooed and he still did not c... read more
