Pleasant neighborhood, we’re super close, making it easy to drop off or pick up things from your storage unit. Attendant was rude and over stepped his authority. I was directed by my estate attorney to retrieve my deceased father's belongings from a unit. Since I had never been there I was not familiar with the facility. When I asked the attendant where the unit was he interrogated me stating that he knew everyone that rented there. He could not be convinced that I had not stolen the password and key in order to steal someone else's belongings. When offered the paperwork from the lawyer he replied that he did not care about it.
