Had several bumps in the road but they worked to resolve them.
amazing. just one word. the technician they sent out was amazing. Alex cam out, and although there were problems getting to my roof, he totally worked out the solution. he was knowledgable and respectful. the audit did not interfere with my schedule and he was pleasant to deal with . no hard selling or inflating of issues. i would highly recommend Arocon to anyone. ask for Alex.
James was great he made sure that everything that was promised was carried out. The crew worked all day and completed the job in one day.
Jason Easton was wonderful to work with and very honest. He was available to us anytime day or night. The construction crew was prompt, courteous, and very very hard workers. They did a great job and I would highly recommend Jason and his crew !

Received roof tune up and estimate for complete roof replacement from Jason of AROCON. Our roof took some damages from recent wind/storm. Jason did a thorough inspection of the roof, provided detail pictures of all areas needing attention (inside and out), took the time to listened and explain, and help us with dealing with insurance, including himself calling them, to get right information across and get proper adjustment.
