Szymon and the nurse were absolutely amazing this morning. I have a dog (Kevin) who is usually very anxious around men, I think Szymon is the only man who he hasn't barked at! It was such a lovely experience, we didn't feel rushed and the treatment plan was considerate and appropriate for Kev. We would usually go to a different out of hours vet, but we thought we would try Arthur Lodge this time. I wouldn't go anywhere else in an emergency now. Thanks everyone

Our poor little dog fell ill very quickly They were brilliant seen straight away Vet was amazing very informative and Fred was so well looked after

Very understanding and friendly vet practice. Clean and tidy . The vet took her time to examine my miniature dachshund and discussed the options with myself. We used this vets as an emergency on a Sunday evening and will no doubt return if ever needed in the future. The price was affordable too.

Arthur Lodge have provided and continue to provide very sensitive and considered care and treatment for our beloved cat who has become very poorly, very quickly. We have felt very supported by them throughout and know V our cat is recording the best care.

My dog went in as an emergency and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. He was bleeding badly after loosing a claw. Overnight stay and home next day with bandaged paw.
