Our visit was an after hours emergency. Vet who answered the phone was very nice, clam and asked all the right questions and explained everything. When we arrived another vet saw Tiggy and did a thorough examination with vet who answered the phone and they found the problem which you could hardly see. Arthur Lodge are not our vet but I can say the service was excellent and I was very happy with our visit.

Kind and Caring as soon as I arrived with my unwell cat. They phoned me with regular updates during his hospital stay and kept me informed. My cat is doing so well now and we couldn't be more pleased with the care he recieved.

Reece, the vet, was very friendly and kind when we brought our dog in after he collapsed at home. He did a thorough examination and explained what the problem might be and gave reassurance and advice. We were very happy with the service we received.

Arthur Lidge are not our normal vets but our dog needed emergency out of hours treatment and this is where we were directed. We have continued to use Arthur Lodge for the treatment of the episode our dog experienced. During that time we have been extremely happy with the service we have received. The staff have been very patient and sympathetic and have taken their time to explain things to me on the numerous times I have contacted them to ask questions. My 7 year old rescue English Bulldog Lenny started to show signs of laboured breathing on Saturday. He’s a complex dog with breathing difficulties and anxiety normally which makes transporting him in the car a challenge. My normal vet was busy and couldn’t attend. Our little dog was very poorly and in a lot of pain waiting for drugs to arrive at her local vet's to begin treatment for myasthenie gravis. Szymon and his nurse were amazing. New drugs were prescribed and tuition given on how better to administer. THANK YOU 🙏
