Everyone I had contact with was very professional, affable and good listeners from the front desk, nurse who escorted me to the exam room and asked pertinent questions to update my record to Sarah Stephenson, NP, who is very thorough to the phlebotomist who drew blood samples. The phlebotomist is especially adept and efficient. I have blood drawn at several places he is especially good at quickly locating the vein he needs at “sticking” me on the first try without any hesitation, problems or fanfare. The overall experience was a good one. Since I am a somewhat new patient Im still learning the ins and outs of how the office works. I had to have blood drawn and an X-ray done of my hip or SI joint and really didn't know the process. But, we got it all done. The nurse and Kathryn Runyan were both very friendly, efficient with their work and did a very good job. The guy taking my blood was a little abrupt but did a good job drawing the blood. The person I saw when I walked in the door and the one when I scheduled my appointment were both great, friendly and were good at their jobs.
