After seeing Dr. Sizemore over the last 10 years, I have to say he is one of the best physicians I have seen. Dr. Sizemore not only determined, defined and treated my autoimmune diseases within his specialty. Dr. Sizemore is thorough in his examinations and shows true compassion and understanding of my situation and a sincere desire to see me well. Dr. Sizemore and his crew are amazing and deserve all my thanks and gratitude!

I tried to fill out forms before hand and got stopped on the last page. Do not ask me to fill out forms ahead of time and then ask a question that has no right answer for me and then make me quit the process. The system is flawed when there is no correct answer to submit. (i.e. a selection that says none of the above.) Beside which asking that question about smoking (again) indicated you did not believe my answer that was asked before!! Not good customer service if you want to establish a friendly experience!!
