Estimator came out and we went over everything verbally. He said he would cut down a tree and it was not. Make sure you read your estimate and question anything that looks off, I wish I did; it would have saved me hundreds of dollars! I had an estimate for the same work hundreds of dollars cheaper. In addition part of a tree they removed I now need to buy new straps (they cut off) and pay someone to re-strap trees back together.

We have responded to BBB and they will be sending you our response. Also they will include contact information for our attorney, they recommend we proceed with legal action for defamation of character for these negative false reviews, payment for services completed as well as attorney fees. Giving a company bad reviews does not eliminate your obligation to oay for services provided. This is a scare tactic to try and get us to do more work for free and it will not work.
Worst customer service ever. Made two appointments for estimates and both times they said we don’t have you in the schedule.

Every appointment we schedule is booked through our online calendars so they are visible to not only our office but our estimators as well. They are definitely the least expensive, but you get what you pay for. They did most of the job ok, but didn’t follow instructions as discussed (twice) on one part of the job. They claim they did as written in instructions from the estimator. Clearly estimator wrote poor instructions and didn’t understand after second conversation. Now have to hire another company to fix the tree that was trimmed incorrectly since it is in the front of the house. Company is not big on customer service for sure.
Because make sure you know what length long logs mean because we didn't. We told them we wanted 18-19 inches cut but it wasn't on our contract. It just said length long logs.
