Verified Renter Asa Flats is a pleasant place to live. Reasonably priced. Excellent Heating/Cooling systems in the apartments. Building is 20 years old, but reasonably well maintained. Apartments are well designed, comfortable. Staff works hard to make Asa a very pleasant place to live.

Verified Renter Friendly and professional staff who are proactive in resolving issues or concerns. The ASA building has a community culture and is very social and easy going. People talk on the elevator and gather outside to visit and socialize their dogs. ASA people are on first name basis with staff, neighbors, and dogs. And, the location is vibrant, walkable, and pretty.
