We were so blessed to have summer as our agent. over the last 2 months she was so patient with us especially with all the small details my wife had in mind, she got to know us on a personal level until we finally found the house of our dreams this morning. Thank you Summer zayed for all your help over last one year. We chose Summer to sell and buy our new house after one of my close friends referred her to us and I couldn't ask for a better agent. she was always available guiding us with what was going with the closing she was very honest with her input and expectations and never rushed us. very knowledgeable agent and would recommend to all my family members and friends

Analeisa was amazingly helpful!! She is a great long distance helper!!! Cannot wait to meet her in person!! She sent us multiple properties that met our needs but unfortunately we have to put off our move for a bit. We WILL be contacting Analeisa again as soon as we are ready!

Nick did a great job showing houses in our price range and fulfilled our needs... unfortunately the house we really wanted was already off the market before we could make an offer ... will continue to work to find the perfect home

I contacted and spoke to multiple Realtors during a short time frame as soon as I knew I’d be relocating from Cali to Austin. Summer was the only one who lived up to my expectations. Her communication was prompt, she displayed vast knowledge of the area, and I strongly felt that I would not have been able to close on my home in such a timely manner with anyone else. She definitely sets the bar high and goes the extra step for her clients. I would recommend Summer to anyone that wants a smooth and successful transaction.

Summer is an awesome person to have on your side when buying a home. She is honest, trustworthy, and looked out for our best interest, this being our first home purchase. She is an excellent negotiator, we received things that we didn’t think were possible to receive. Summer was very knowledgeable about the area, being a new resident to the Georgetown she helped with our transition. Summer was very easy to talk to and very accessible. Over all, I would recommend Summer to anyone looking to buy or sell.
