I was very emotional having to sell my home and Enrique was patient and understanding and held my hand through the full process, getting me the best sale price and a quick closing. He always answered or quickly returned my calls even when he was out of town for Thanksgiving with his family. I would recommend Enrique to anyone buying or selling a home as he will really work for you !

I am writing about Justin Sheppard, an associate of Thomas Brown, who was our realtor. He was so responsive (nights and weekends!), professional, and competent. We had never met him before. As first time buyers, we found Enrique's insight most valuable: knowledge of different loan types available for us, real estate terminology, how submitting an offer on a house worked, what to expect at closing, and what to be financially prepared for during the process. He is the first realtor we have ever worked with, so I am not sure how he stacks up against others. I am an out of state buyer trying to purchase a house for my son who will be attendin UT. Brandon was patient with our lack of knowledge of the Austin real estate market and helped locate a house and negotiate a good price. As a first-time homebuyer, I appreciated Brandon's approachable demeanor and open communication. I was able to call, text, or email him with a prompt response any time I had questions, day or night. Amazingly, this rapid response time and forthcoming information continued THROUGHOUT THE WEEK OF HIS WEDDING. That's right, I bought my house during the week that Brandon got married and he was still present every step of the way. That's dedication! I have been in my new property for just over a month and I couldn't be happier.

EXCELLENT! We met Enrique while requesting a viewing of a property via Trulia iPad application. I reached out ~5pm on a weekday, met again to look at our home and discuss ideas of working together on Saturday, and only after 1 week of reviewing dashboard listings he set up for us....I messaged ~9am on the following Saturday (that is only 1 week)...and in 1 day!!!! - we viewed our favorite listing twice, connected with a broker, completed and approved funding, and submitted a competitive offer by 6pm THAT VERY DAY!
