Steven was excellent to work with as a first-time buyer. He knew the Austin market cold, was responsive whenever I had questions, and gave me straight answers instead of just telling me what I wanted to hear. He helped me land the house well under appraised value, which says everything about how he handles negotiation. Smooth from offer to close. Highly recommend him to anyone buying in the area.
