Nazanin was so responsive from (literally) the first 5 minutes of me inquiring on a property until well after we closed -she still checks in on us to see how we are loving our new house. She followed up, wasn't pushy, anticipated our needs and any challenges that might crop up, and was overall tremendous to work with. Hope was outstanding to work with. Had solid suggestions for the processes. Answered every question, even when the answer was unknown she took the time to research and get what we had questioned. She may have a functioning crystal ball, almost every projection was spot on accurate. For example we were a bit skeptical of the E-sign process (not having done that prior to) and Hope not only answered but referred our questions to an independent person who could clear up the hesitancy.
Neisha was amazing at helping us with the purchase of our home. She was with us during the long stretch of house hunting and kept us encouraged until we found what we were looking for. She was went above and beyond to service our needs, even while out of the country. Outstanding service!
