Working with Tim was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. He never pressured me into buying something that I did not want. In fact, he went out of his way to get me into a nice home, and in a safe neighborhood, when I was unfamiliar with the area. Ryan did an excellent job walking us through our first home purchase. He was always immediately available for questions and a pleasure to work with. If he didn't immediately have an answer to a question, he would quickly dig into the details, even on closing day.
Sonia Hanchett was truly wonderful! For someone who has never been subjected to the comedy and drama that exists when one buys a house, I will forever be grateful that Sonia was the one in my corner!! She graciously held my hand and reassured me many times! She also fought for me even when I didn’t know I needed it! For now, I’m reveling in the purchase of my first home, but should I ever decide to take on the endeavor again Sonia will absolutely be the one I look to!!

Our time shopping for homes with Daniel was stress free and at no point did we ever feel uncomfortable or pressured to buy a home.
