My family and I have been going here since they first opened. The waiting room has always been clean and they do move people through as quickly as they can while giving thorough care to each patient. Each staff member has been kind and treated us all with respect.

I have always had great experiences here but the nature of a walk-in clinic means sometimes when there are many others there you have to wait a while. If they didn't do a great job once patients got to a room, the waiting room wouldn't be crowded. I'd be more concerned about that!

Yes, they are a bit slow but what urgent care place isn't? It's still a shorter wait than the emergency room. I've started coming here as well as bring my daughter anytime we need something and the process is so quick. It's nice to know when I'm sick that I don't have to call the daughter weeks in advance to make an appointment for a day when I may not even be sick anymore. I work for a large manufacturing plant that requires a DR's note if more than two days of work are missed so I called this facility. I explained the situation and made it clear that I was feeling much better but couldn't return to work without a note that excused the previous four days absence. They made it sound like they could do that but I would need to come in. I did that. Only after my appointment, did they tell me that they could only write the note for the previous day. 1/11/23 This started when my husband had to go for a preemployment physical and then skin test in November. We called, set the appointment, we're told the time and how much it would cost. We arrive, he goes in , gets his physical, pays and we leave, they wouldn't give him two copies so we had to go elsewhere to make another copy, after paying them for this. Been trying to reach the office to get a prescription renewed for 2 days. Walmart has been trying to reach them too. No one answers the phone. i know they are busy,but this is unacceptable. They are my PCP and i can't even contact them. This is not the first time you cannot contact them, it is everyday. I like Dr. Browning and the staff, but what good are they when you can't contact them for a simple matter like getting a prescription renewed and Walmart Pharmacy cannot do it either. I would like a response.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. If I could give less than one star I would, and I'm not even the kind to get online and write a review unless absolutely warranted. They lied to us and are now trying to take money we were promised we would not owe. Long story, but I'll try to give you the sparknotes version.
