It was my frist time coming here i had an overall good expierience, staff was nice check in was very well organized, quick and easy thankfully and I loved how the link sent to you keeps you updated on your turn to see provider. The provider I had seen that night was truly kind, very knowledgeable he did not rush me at all in any way took the time to hear me out. Michael Johnson, PA and Jan Sparks, NP are amazing. They really care about you and your health and do everything they can to make you better. The nurses and front desk staff are very friendly too. The only downside is the wait time if you are a walk in and its hard to reserve a spot online because by noon, most spots are taken. But it is so worth the wait.

Great service as always. Even faster service with the ability to schedule an arrive time. Fast treatment and great folks. They also follow up with us a couple of days later to ensure we are getting better.

I was at Urgent Care this morning. I was in great pain. I cannot say enough about the staff and quick service I received. I am so happy the location is only 10 minutes from my home. Being new to the area I am happy to know I can go to this location when needed and be well taken care of.

I appreciate that they are available when it suits my schedule. There is hardly ever a wait (and if so it is hours less than my regular Dr office). I get the services I need, from an understanding and kind staff, at the time I need it - all for the same price as my dr office that only does things on their time. I will use Urgent Team\'s services anytime I can. Thank you!

I'm honestly at a loss for words--except that my family's experience at Ascension Saint Thomas Urgent Care in Tullahoma deserves every bit of criticism! My son's been sick for weeks, and when we arrived, NP Kellie Marsh seemed as interested as a cat at a dog show. I explained his persistent cough, green-yellow phlegm, and a mysterious white postule on his throat, only to have her brush it off like it was nothing more than a bad hair day. The personnel chatting at the front desk were extremely disrespectful and rude when I walked in to get an appointment to have a cat bite (my cat) appraised. I have been to this location several times since it opened and had great care. I hope they write her up. Good medical care begins with being seen. I wasn't given an appointment ... because the woman demanded (yes, loudly and rudely, with a flippant "sorry") my cat's shot records to have my painful and quickly swelling hand tended to. The lady at the front desk was not welcoming and didn't answer questions at all. She was rude to me and several others that came out.. i tried to be nice and patient but she responded to me with one word every single time i asked something.

Terrible, waited over an hour to be seen, when asked what was taking so long, because we were the first ones in, the receptionist told me the doctor was on break because she's had a busy day. This is supposed to be URGENT care. Got my copay back and left. Will never return they were very uncaring.
