I wish you didn't discriminate on people that have filed bankruptcy to help them find a home. I may not be with this institution much longer.
Teller working drive-through on Monday morning, June 6, 2022, was once again rude; she works at the N. 2nd St. location in Clinton. Teller barely spoke, did not confirm my withdrawal amount and gave me the incorrect amount. I did not address this to her because I did not want to have to deal with her arrogant attitude again like I had to twice when I went inside the branch. I have been with these people since high school. I attempted a house refinance and all they could say is COVID says no... My credit score is over 825 for years and these people treat you like trash. I'm on my way out. Just takes the right people.
