I had a fantastic service opening my account.
Very helpful. Explained all services completely. Was able to sign up quickly. Love that I can use a credit card and pay for it online under my bank account. Like that they are insured, unlike other Banks that have stopped doing this like Wells Fargo.
Husband and I both walked in together, had 2 tellers ready and available to accommodate both of us in a friendly and efficient way. We appreciate the staff at 3rd and Division!

I'm always treated nice and all of the employees are so friendly. If we have a concern it's resolved as quickly as possible. They are very quick to get ahold of us if there is a fraudulent attempt on our account. What more can I say their great. We're members of the Muscatine Ascentra.
