Customer service was poor. Manager was difficult. She couldn’t of cared less.

I ordered my sons class ring in Jan., give plenty of time cos of COVID-19. We did it in-person also. We gave them my email & number to keep us "updated". We waited the 8 weeks, we went to pick it up, no ring. FINE plenty of time still. Go in person 2 more times, on the last in-person visit, we're told the ring had to be redone. Yet NO ONE contacted us. Wait a bit & I call, I am told ring will be ready May 7th. Today is the 8th, we go in & NO ring again, & not contacted. They’re wonderful about honoring their diamond warranty & were very helpful both times I had issues with my engagement ring many years ago. My husband and I are getting ready to celebrate our 10 year anniversary on Jan. 11th. He decided to special order an anniversary band for my wedding set months ago.
