The staff is very friendly and cordial. I was taken into my appt. On time and was given proper advice about a procedure I am contemplating. Great visit. Ms. SKINNER has a great bedside manner and makes you feel comfortable.
Experienced gawdawful pain in L knee for ~ a week. Thought it might be gout but it just wouldn't go away. Fortunately, was able to see Jennifer Skinner R-Np in a timely manner and after x-rays was offered options for treatment of my pain. Jennifer was very attentive to my plight and ended up giving me an injection in my left hip Now, I'm feeling better and I couldn't have asked for better attention and care.
Well for starters, the staff is great! Clinical staff, no words! Dr. Tank and Mrs. Skinner are simply the best. I'm a grateful and satisfied client and I highly recommend Opitm Health System to all. Thank you again, Mrs. Skinner for aiding me throughout my recovery process. Dr. Tank, you the man!

The staff was very friendly and courteous. Was very patient with me when doing my xrays because it was painful in some of the positions. Ms. Skinner was very nice and very thorough with her examination. She answered all my questions thoroughly explaining everything to me. I was very pleased with my decision to choose Optim Orthopedics. I highly recommend !!
Ashley was very attentive, listening to what I said, and answering my questions. She was kind and friendly, while maintaining professionalism. Dr. T surrounds himself with very good people! Highly recommend!
I feel everything concerning my issue was covered in a professional, friendly, and comprehensive manner. The next steps and options for my treatment were explained to me, and I was given the opportunity to decide which treatment plan best fitted my situation.
