Rachel was very helpful and represented your store very well. Spoke with her twice before making my purchase on May 2nd. I have been home-bound so-to-speak for over a month for in-home and will be so for perhaps another 6 to 8 weeks, so my only disappointment is that I have to wait until as late as June 8 to receive the Ryversans Power Recliner. So be it.

Our sales rep, Steven, was friendly yet extremely knowledgeable and was not overbearing or pushy. He was attentive to our needs and excelled in showing me and my husband the differences in various merchandise that interested us.
