Dr. Khanuja reached out to me and has resolved the dispute, to my complete satisfaction. I appreciate her follow-up and willingness to do the right thing for a patient. Dr. Khanuja is very personable. Her office staff is horrible. I am waiting seven months for a refund. They say it is the insurance company, but they ignore the insurance co. phone calls and my phone calls. Not even Dr. K gets back to me when she promises. Dr. Khanuja is very personable. Her office staff is horrible. I am waiting seven months for a refund. I went to this office for a consult, I was told I had to pay 490 that day and 500 to schedule the appointment. I was not given any real guidance regarding the extractions and was told I had to have two teeth removed for anesthesia. I was also told that I would be reimbursed after insurance paid their portion. Insurance paid, I’ve called multiple times and I’m always assured I will get a return call that day from billing and I never do. Amazing I have to pay but to be reimbursed is such a hassle! Dr. Kanuja was great. My procedure had billing discrepancies that the office staff corrected. However my daughter had a procedure 2 years ago which we paid for 2 years ago. We heard nothing for 2 years. Why would we? The procedure was completed as were the payments. Now 2 years later I receive a bill for $1,500. I call the office and always get the voicemail. No one returns my calls. I have my bank receipts with the payments. They will not resolve this bill which is 100% an error on their part and in their system. I don’t kn... read more

Waited over an hour to see Doctor, AGAIN, as this was our 2nd appointment but decided to give her a second chance. Bad decision. After 70 minutes I went to the front desk to see how much more time we had to wait and we find out the Dr was in surgery! The desk employee then went and got the Dr who stepped in to the hallway and said "social distancing" was slowing them down.....No, you over book like you did a year ago when we saw you before covid And there was another pt in room next to us waiting too! Over priced and the front desk was rude. She was even rude to someone over the phone. Other patients shouldn't hear the conversations. Our visit was over 3 hrs for a simple tooth extraction

I waited 4 months for an appointment with Dr.Ashoo Khnuja. When it finally came I never even saw her. I waited an hour before I went to inquire about the delay. I told them I had another appointment in an hour. Waited 1/2 an hour and had to leave. I was told to come back later as a “courtesy.” Came back, waited another half hour and was told they were unsure about her timeframe. Asked for an estimate, was told by the receptionist, Harpeet, “we don’t have a crystal ball.” Wasted 4 hours.

Unless you have a lot of time on your hand, you should look for another Oral Surgeon. Appointment times mean nothing. I have had 2 scheduled in advance and both times I was contacted to change. The office visit left me in the room for 55 minutes before she came in. This was on a day that they had changed me to because they had training in the morning and she was just adding some appointments in the afternoon. I was told this would be better for me as she wouldn't run late due to surgery!
