AMANDA WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!! She was super knowledgeable, attentive, just overall an amazing Coordinator! I recommend her an only her. The only thing that was a bit frustrating is the financial side of things. They are extremely quick to email you the very next MORNING if you missed the timeliness date for the payment. CARLOS, was really rude and unwilling to assist. A recommendation that I have is to allow partial payments outside of the timeline that the VENDOR sets for the COUPLE. I just had to chime in to say Ayla was the most professional and wonderful coordinator I’ve ever worked with. Ashton Gardens is an incredible venue with wonderful rain back up options, but Ayla made it all the better with her attention to detail from beginning to end.

UNBELIEVABLY BEAUTIFUL and WELL MANAGED!!! As a wedding photographer, it’s extremely important for me to have a wedding coordinator thats thoughtful of all my needs as well as the bridal party’s. Amanda was phenomenal! She was fun, confident and had all the answers to every single question we had. The venue was gorgeous, and the staff was amazing! Almost made this bachelor want to get married… almost.

My wedding day was nothing short of AMAZING! From the minute we set foot into the venue our coordinators Ayla & Olivia jumped right in. We had to ask little to no questions, anything we thought to ask or set up they was already 3 steps ahead of us. Made sure we had food and drinks and even when we fell behind on our timeline they picked it up and helped keep things flowing! We can’t thank them enough! #DancingToYarbrough

I can not put into words how beautiful my wedding was here. The venue itself was jaw dropping. Absolutely stunning! A timeless look for sure. Amanda was the coordinator that we worked with & she went ABOVE & BEYOND in making this process easy for us. From the day we met her, she was on top of everything. She was ALWAYS accessible.
