Cires was amazing. The venue was gorgeous. The night production seemed like something out of a movie. The professionalism qne class was 2nd to non: I have never seen anything like this in my whole life.
AMANDA WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!! She was super knowledgeable, attentive, just overall an amazing Coordinator! I recommend her an only her. The only thing that was a bit frustrating is the financial side of things. They are extremely quick to email you the very next MORNING if you missed the timeliness date for the payment. CARLOS, was really rude and unwilling to assist. A recommendation that I have is to allow partial payments outside of the timeline that the VENDOR sets for the COUPLE. I am a wedding photographer and have shot hundreds of weddings in various venues across the country. I just had to chime in to say Ayla was the most professional and wonderful coordinator I’ve ever worked with. Ashton Gardens is an incredible venue with wonderful rain back up options, but Ayla made it all the better with her attention to detail from beginning to end.
Amanda is a amazing event coordinator! She is very attentive to detail, and keeps a uniform timeline from start to finish! I highly recommend her services for every wedding!
UNBELIEVABLY BEAUTIFUL and WELL MANAGED!!! As a wedding photographer, it’s extremely important for me to have a wedding coordinator thats thoughtful of all my needs as well as the bridal party’s. Amanda was phenomenal! She was fun, confident and had all the answers to every single question we had. The venue was gorgeous, and the staff was amazing! Almost made this bachelor want to get married… almost.
Ayla and Olivia were amazing they were so organized, very friendly and helpful throughout the entire day. They definitely made the best experience for everyone in the wedding!
My wedding day was nothing short of AMAZING! From the minute we set foot into the venue our coordinators Ayla & Olivia jumped right in. We had to ask little to no questions, anything we thought to ask or set up they was already 3 steps ahead of us. I can not put into words how beautiful my wedding was here. The venue itself was jaw dropping. Absolutely stunning! A timeless look for sure.
