It is against my nature to write reviews - good and bad. I believe in face to face communication. I believe in building people up and not tearing them down. Unfortunately, my communication with this venue has been less than helpful, and I believe future brides must have facts before they drop their life-savings. Ashton Gardens West was the very first wedding venue that I viewed. I fell in love with the Chapel and the fact that the banquet room had windows gave it more of an open feeling compared to most banquet halls. And who wouldn’t fall in love with the gorgeous chandeliers! But boy do I regret my decision! DO NOT USE THIS VENUE! The chapel was a dream. So beautiful and small that it filled up beautifully. That's where it ends... The food is sub par. You could point in any direction and find way better food at a restaurant. The Staff are prissy and a bucket of 6 beer cost $172.oo Really??!!The hall stunk as soon as the reception started(which was only 100 people AND we rented both sides so that we would be the only ones there!)
