Ashton Gardens West is a wonderful venue! We planned a wedding in 2 months, but they made it look like we had spent a year planning. Beautiful place, great food, and very accommodating people!

We would highly recommend Walters Wedding Estates for several reasons: 1) they were very responsive to emails leading up to the event and the staff was very kind and helpful to answer our many questions, 2) the day of, they kept our event running smoothly and the service was great, 3) the Houston West venue is absolutely gorgeous and it fit our budget nicely-- especially since we were able to customize the package to fit our needs best, and 4) the food was delicious! REEM was a pleasure to work with. In the beginning of planning for the event, I was a little frustrated with one of the staff members as we were charged WAY before our final headcount was submitted. I gave an estimate of expected guests and was charged for the max estimate, which was 25 people higher than we had. We had 2 meetings scheduled, one of which was forgotten about and Reem saved the day with a phone call to apologize and answer any questions we had. The venue is stunning visually and one of many reasons why I selected it for my wedding day. It is beautiful on its own does not need extra/outside decor to make a statement.The team at Ashton gardens worked to make sure the day of the wedding went smoothly and answered all my questions. Reem at the West location guided the rehearsal for the wedding and put my mind at ease.

I cannot say enough about how Reem, the GM of AGW, helped make our evening so special. She worked very hard to ensure everything was just as we planned, even adding in a few extras at the end. The chapel at the venue is stunning. The only suggestion for improvement is to change the corporate email system that goes through the website portal. It’s a pain to deal with.

We had a wonderful wedding reception night at Ashton Gardens! It was all I dreamed for, an elegant and a beautiful place. The food was delicious and everyone was very helpful at coordinating our day.

Our experience for my daughter's wedding was wonderful. We had to reschedule the wedding due to COVID and Ashton Gardens West worked with us and were very professional and understanding. The wedding ceremony and reception/ dinner could not have gone any better. The staff is so attentive and organized. Brittany, Rheem and Keeton really know what they are doing. We have received many compliments on the food too. I was able to enjoy the reception with no worries. I would happily recommend them.

Everyone at this venue was super helpful and nice- from the managers to the sales team to our day-of coordinator. Our event was beautiful and super special. I felt we made many last minute changes and every one was supportive.
