The hygienist is efficient and explains things, although with my hearing loss I do find it near impossible to hear what she's saying, especially from behind her face mask. She is not anything like gentle when holding (or pressing against) my chin or upper/lower lips, and I have had cause to remark on that. I'm sure she does an excellent job on my teeth and gums, and I'm not complaining about any pain caused there.
