My dad couldn't wait to leave this home. He hated it there and became really depressed due to extremely poor standard of food and drink quality and being abruptly awoken every day at 5am to do routine bedding changes to save day staff doing it. Not all it's cracked up to be. My dad left early as he was so fed up. Avoid and don't be taken in by the posh furniture and décor, it's a cover-up for poor standards. Needs major improvements. I would hate to stay there myself and couldn't wait to take my dad back home out of there.

Uncertain timetable after 2pm - due perhaps to being in a room 'at the end of the line'! The one serious criticism was the lack of running water.
