I appreciate that they gave me a same day appointment. Most of the staff is nice. The front desk could be a little bit more friendly. After filling out the documents, she won’t tell you to wait to be called or anything. The lady that works with the insurance is not very professional or she is used to have people sign documents without knowing what they’re signing. “ Just sign” she said when I had a question. Everything! They were all so nice and accommodating to my needs. I just left another dental office and was recommended to go to Aspen. I wish that I knew that before I wasted so much time at the other office. I related that I was interested in an office that had a lab on site, and no one from that office mentioned Aspen. I was it with another dentist and luckily he was the only one that said go to Aspen Dental as he used to work in the New Hampshire office. I had finally got the nerve up to visit the dentist. So many years had gone by and life of course gets in the way. Here I was/ am taking care of everyone except myself. I decided to work first on my mouth something people see first. I need quite a bit of work done. My first appt I was nervous as I usually am when visiting the dentist. Where do I begin... from the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted by the friendly reception staff. Emma, the assistant took me right away (I hate having to wait when I have a scheduled appointment) and explained everything that would happen at my appointment, making me feel at ease. Dr Pedersen was professional and courteous throughout the visit. She was very gentle too! I would most definitely recommend Aspen Dental in Quincy to anyone looking for exceptional dental care!

As someone who has severe anxiety about the dentist, Dr. Pedersen and her entire team made me feel comfortable and helped ease my anxiety. I had some major work done and if it wasn’t for this amazing team, I probably wouldn’t have gotten it done. If you are like me and have major anxiety going to the dentist I highly recommend you try Aspen Dental in Quincy and ask for Dr. Pedersen.
