Took my 92 year old mother in law to get a lost filling replaced. she is 92 and frail and suffers from dementia. It took 2 visits of x rays and cleanings and still no filling .We are waiting at the office now on visit 3. Was supposed to be at 8a. Was changed to 10a. Now here we sit at 11:30 waiting for the dentist to show up! Not to mention the $500. price tag. How unprofessional and uncaring.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. The people that works at the front desk are loaded with bad attitude. When I had called in to request my X-ray. The person on the phone said I had to go in and sign a waiver. Which then I did. But they only gave me one X-ray when I PAID FOR THREE! and told me there was only one in the system. BUT THEY TOOK MY X-RAYS Only a couple days earlier. And they were closed on the weekend. there's a reason why they have a really LOW RATING on YELP AND GOOGLE. I had visited the 45 Newport Ave, Quincy office on 9/25 for a checkup for my wife. She had pain on her wisdom tooth and was looking to get it checked/removed, however the staff did not care to look into the reported problems and instead went on with checking everything else and took a completely different path of diagnosis, eventually coming up with a $7000+ treatment plan for cleaning her teeth (We still have no idea what the proposed treatments were about). Absolutely worse experience. I got the first appt after lunch, yet they managed to get me in 20min late. The assistant was arguing with me that I went to emergency and that I was in pain. Wonder if they will bill me for emergency! Then, I got the privilege to see the dentist for less than 5min, got prescription with the wrong birthdate, standing like an idiot for about 15min to try to get a followup appointment, but I just decided to leave. Be forewarned...they broke a tooth that ended up need a root canal and crown and continue to refuse to make the situation right, still trying to bill for the pleasure! This is THE worst place to go for even routine dental "care".

After chipping my front tooth I called Aspen to make an appt to get it fixed because they did an excellent job on a prior tooth. I called on Tuesday and got an appt on Wednesday. When I showed up on Wednesday they did not have my appt. (who did I talk to on Tuesday??)
