I had my first visit this week . I have a real fear of dentists --just a personal thing with me. The staff, starting with the receptionist --right on up to the Dentist were fantastic. All were very friendly and calmed my nerves. I start the work on my mouth next week and I feel confident that all will go well. I would tell anyone that asked that I would have them go to Aspen Dental in Florence.
Dentists, Hygienists, XRay Staff, Appointment Staffing,&Financial People were all very knowledgeable. They tell you exactly how it is, what to expect, and give the patient a sense of comfort through the whole process. They are a phenomal staff! I also just had a deep dental cleaning this past week. Very gentle, yet did an amazing job. My mouth is already feeling so much better&all I want to do is smile again. I highly recommend this dentist office!
I am nervous when it comes to dental work , Dr. Morris and his staff were excellent . I will definitely continue to use Aspen Dental for all my future dental needs , if you need dental work I would highly recommend Dr. Morris and Aspen Dental.
Visited this location with a dental emergency while away from my normal dentist. Very clean, staff is professional and friendly, dentist is straight forward. Liked that the dentist said "this will hurt" when giving the shot. If I need help again I would return here.
I was very pleased with the service,from the whole staff, The staff was awesome and so helpful The Dentist,the hygienists,and the lab tech who made my teeth, they fit perfect and they still do no problem at all, Thank you so much I am so proud to smile again.
The staff was great.. The price is good saved me a few thousand dollars.. But the cleanliness of the bathroom was horrible.
They are great. Lovely environment. You get what you pay for!
