Went in for several procedures. Paid for them to be done OUT OF MY POCKET. Now I have surprise charges on my account for a crown I have already paid for. I called billing and the woman laughed at me when I told her I didnt have insurance and told me I will "Have to pay or go to collections". I tried to explain to her that I already paid over 2k for one tooth. I have receipts to prove I have paid everything. I literally just want my money back. I’m so annoyed I haven’t been able to wear my denture since day one. No one seems to care in the office that they don’t fit.
my husband has been in the office for almost 4 hours yes 4 hours! to get 2 teeth pulled im in the parking lot due to covid restrictions and I have gotten several text from him that he is in pain and the dentist is taking too long. when he told her about the pain she said take a break and walked away for nearly an hour. you should never be in pain while having teeth pulled or left to wait. for the price we paid for the procedure, this is beyond ridiculous. there is no excuse for such horrible service. you will get no recommen... read more

you can't just make an appointment for a cleaning apparently. you have to go through an evaluation appointment in the middle of a pandemic and expose yourself twice to their facility. I just called to confirm my appt that I made online and she said my appointment was free, which caught me off guard because what dentist cleans your teeth for free?? no. they want you to come in for an evaluation to see what type of cleaning you may need??? Until I am satisfied with my work, I will not be recommending them. I received an upper plate with 7 molars and three canines (should be 8 and 2) that doesn't fit my gums, chokes me making me gag, and cannot eat anything including a banana without them popping off my gums at the first bite. Have a follow up on 1/19 and if they do not remake my maxillary free of charge, I will be seeking legal counsel. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE FOR A COMPANY WHO CLAIMS TO BE THE BEST IN THE DENTURE BUSINESS!!!!!!

I HIGHLY ADVISE NOT TO GO HERE! THEY HAVE REALLY DID BAD THINGS & EVEN OPENED FRAUDULENT CREDIT ACCOUNT WITHOUT CONSENT! BESIDES HOW MY HUSBAND WHO IS A VETERAN WAS TREATED WHEN HE WENT THERE. I'M HIGHLY CONSIDERING CHECKING INTO LEGAL ADVICE, DUE TO THE THINGS THEY HAVE DONE!
